Everything you'd ask in the first conversation.
What does the cost depend on?
On duration, number of cameras, audio needs and whether hybrid mode is required. A single-camera seminar and a three-day conference with parallel rooms are different projects — which is why we price after a specific technical plan, not "from €200" that later triples.
The venue has weak internet. Is that a problem?
No. We bring our own backup connection with multi-network bonding. The venue's internet is a bonus, not a requirement.
How many cameras do I need?
For a council meeting or a simple seminar, 2–3 are usually enough. For a conference with a stage and an audience, 3–4. We'll recommend the least that produces a proper result — not the most that fits on the invoice.
What about GDPR and rights in public meetings?
We have set up the workflow so that it serves the publicity needs of the meetings while respecting personal data — and we guide you through the practical matters, such as venue signage and informing participants.
